We purchased the van in March 2023 and fixed the following:
-Clutch kit replaced
-brake light switch replaced
-Flywheel replaced

The van itself drives beautifully and has been to various parts of Europe without incident.
147,500 miles in total.
3 previous owners as a conversion and 1 owner as a works van.

We are Katie and Drew and this is our lovely van. We have had fantastic adventures with our van and she’s provided us so much freedom and comfort whilst travelling.
We bought the van 2 years ago and have travelled to the Netherlands and had lots of trips in the UK. She is a self-conversion by a previous owner (2 x owners back and converted in 2020). We unfortunately need to sell due to some upcoming life changes.
We have shared some of the specifications below (please do reach out for any additional information):
POWER / ELECTRICS
EC155 power control system.
2x leisure batteries.
Power can be provided via:
Solar Power (2 x 150W solar panels on the roof + Elever Solar charge controller).
Mains Hook up / 12v Inverter (which powers the 2 x double plugs inside the van. We haven’t used an inverter so will not be provided with the van, but there is space and wiring for a 12v inverter!)
Mains hook up and cables included.
2x 150W solar panels.
2x leisure batteries.
Elever solar charge controller.
WATER & HEATING
Underslung water tank (unsure of size but it’s big).
Detachable waste water tank.
Truma CP plus water heater, water pump and heating.
LIVING ROOM / DINING AREA
L-shaped sofa which can convert to a day bed/ extra bed.
Detachable table, which can transform the sofa into a dining area.
A fold down table attached to the back door.
KITCHENETTE
The previous owners had a small oven. We haven’t used one but there is space and pipes for one should you wish!
2 rings Propane hob (Propane bottle in metal cage at the back of the van).
Domestic fridge with small freezer compartment.
Some kitchenware provided.
FULLY ENCLOSED BATHROOM:
Thetford casette toilet with chemicals include.
Full standing water tight shower, with shower screen and door. The toilet can be removed via unfastening the secure clips, and can be removed from the room.
Mirror and detatchable metal shelving on the wall.
1 X DOUBLE BED + 1 FOLD OUT SINGLE BED/ DAY BED:
Double bed at the back of the van, with 2 x reading lights above. The sink space can be converted to a bedside table.
Small double bed which is fixed and single pull out bed from the sofa.
Tinted windows and black out curtains on all windows.
Stick on window covers for the windows in the cabin provided.
Mattress & Bedding provided.
AMPLE STORAGE
Full-length storage cupboard, with 4 x internal shelves.
4 x good sized cupboards in the kitchenette.
The sofa lifts up to provide large storage underneath, and also has underneath storage which is accessible from the sides.
Shelf above the sofa. Cupboards above the bed.
A large space above the cabin of the van which is open and accessible from the living area.
Large storage area under the bed, which is accessible via the back doors (Garage area with shelf).
Detachable shelves in the bathroom.
We moved into the van for a month and found ample storage for our needs. However, there is space for additional shelves to be added, should you wish!
EXTERNAL / ADDITIONAL FEATURES
Fiamma F45S awning
Roof Terrace (accessible via the ladder at the back of the van).
Levelling blocks included
We never used a TV. However, a TV Ariel port and bracket is installed.
Chemicals for the toilet and some basic tools are provided.
An additional foldable table is provided, which can be used outside and is stored in the garage area.
THE CABIN
The van has a reversing sensor, though it is not currenlty wired in.
Built-in Sat Nav.
Radio & Bluetooth connection.
Phone pairing for handsfree calls.
3 x seats with seatbelts.
Manual (6 gears). Electric Windows.
AC.
