Detailed Information
Vehicle Description

We are selling our MWB high-top (L2H2) Ducato camper. This is a great van, it’s taken us on vanlife adventures through Spain and the Alps, Scotland and Wales. It’s super easy to drive and manoeuvre and being a MWB fits into most car park spaces easily. Having a high-top means you can stand-up fully inside the living area. It’s the 2.3 Ltr Multijet version which comes with the Iveco engine (the best engine Fiat put in this era of Ducatos). It has cruise control, electric windows and mirrors, bluetooth, an in-built reversing camera and front fog lamps. The engine has plenty of power and will get you up alpine passes with ease. We have owned this van for four years and have always maintained it well, making sure any work is done properly. The bodywork has a few age related marks but has been well looked after. It has an MOT until 6th May 2025. Mileage 137,500.

New brakes (calipers, disc and pads) all round installed May 2024.
Underbody waxoil treatment 2024.
3 belted seats in the cab.
2 internal seats with a small dining table that can be stowed when travelling.
2-berth for sleeping although a third single bed could easily be created across the two rear seats.
Curtains on all side/rear windows, and insulated screens for the cab windows.
12v electrics with 4x USB ports, 12V port and ceiling lights.
Split-charge relay charging the leisure battery from the engine battery when running.
New leisure battery June 2024.
Plug in coolbox that runs from the 12V system.
Weatherproof extension lead for hooking up to 240V at campsites.
Fiamma F45 wind-out awning with winding handle and tie-down kit.
Timber clad and fully insulated with celotex insulation.
Camperglass windows installed on both sides – kitchen window opens.
Dometic Combination two burner Hob and Sink inset into kitchen worktop
Fitted gas-safe with underfloor drop-out.
10L water tank and grey water tank, with water pump running off the 12V system.
Kitchen unit with 4 drawers. Box seats with storage.
Double bed (I can sleep across it and I’m 6’1) with futon mattress and memory foam topper.
Built in bike racks in the garage space to accommodate two bikes securely inside the van.
Spare wheel in garage space (tyre has never been used).
Loads of storage space in the garage space, on shelves and above the cab.
2 sets of keys.
Fitted with a towbar.

She’s a great van, with plenty of life left in her for adventures. We are selling because we’re doing less long trips and are downsizing to a smaller van.
