Detailed Information
Vehicle Description

I am selling my custom-built Fiat Ducato Maxi160 automatic campervan. It’s a H2 L4 with 6k miles on the clock. I built it last year over lockdown and spared absolutely no expenses.

The van has MSW 46 matte black alloys fitted with off-road BFGoodridge AT Tyres. I installed a bull-bar and side bars for protection as well as mud tracks and a Rhino ladder for easy access to the roof. There’s a custom-wrapped matte black bonnet which makes the van stand out and protects the bonnet from
Stone chips. In terms of camping-friendly features, I’ve put a Fiamma F80S 4 m awning on, which provides great shelter and there is an outside BBQ gas hook-up point, perfect for the summer.
Underneath there is a 50 l waste water tank and a 100 l water tank connecting to a water heater located in the kitchen. There also is a 16 l LPG gas bottle under the van put in by Propex Leisure, which provides the central heating.

Inside of the van has been fully sound-deadened, insulated with recycled plastic and 25mm Celotex, covered with elegant custom Fiat Ducato wall-linings. There are two MAXX fans with multiple speed setting installed; they allow for both inside and outside air circulation and are remote controlled. The cab features very easy to use Remis blinds and a Apple CarPlay touchscreen head unit. I’ve also upgraded the door speakers to Audison and installed a Kenwood Subwoofer under the seat to ensure a supreme music listening experience. The front seats are captain seats and once revolved beautifully open the space in the van up while providing extra seating. The van comes with a Kodak Luma 150 mini projector with an in-built speaker and a pull-down screen making for a perfect rainy-day entertainment; you can enjoy your film both from the bed and front captain seats.

The garage features a slide-out bike rack for 3 mountain bikes and can hold up to 200 kg thanks to the heavy-duty runners. There’s also a convenient slide-out storage box and a jet wash with a 20 l water tank – great after a muddy bike ride!

Myself and Formatic CNC Reading built the furniture with lightweight gloss black campervan 15 mm plywood. The kitchen worktop is 16 mm bamboo and has a pull-out table with a laptop storage built into it. The kitchen also features a Dometic fridge/freezer with plenty of space inside it and a Thetford Triplex gas cooker with an oven/grill with a 3-burner hob. There also is a large Thetford stainless steel sink with an inbuilt drainer and a bespoke bamboo lid maximising the worktop space. The elephant-style tap with 2 water settings is perfect for washing-up. There are LED lights with dimmers over the kitchen counter, the bench seat and the bedroom cupboards.

The king size bed (190 cm x 160 cm) on the back of the van is incredibly comfortable and features a 2-inch memory foam and 2-inch hard foam combo mattress. There are cupboards above the bed, great for clothes storage, as well as a little bookshelf.
The bench seat has storage space underneath and easily converts into a child’s bed/sofa. The bed’s dimensions are 130cm x 80 cm and it has the same mattress as above.

The bathroom features a shower with a pressure-maximising showerhead, a Thetford cassette toilet, a basket to store cosmetics in as well as shower curtain. It also has a Fiamma electric shower fan put in, which quickly gets rid of excess humidity.

The electrics set up consists of a 330w solar panel, 220AH leisure battery combined with a Victron multiplus 12/1600/70 charger/inverter. Split charge relay, 100/20 victron smart charger and fuse board. All the levels can be seen with the victron app downloaded to your smartphone.
