FIAT DUCATO MOBIVETTA EUROYACHT 190LX 3-BERTH, WITH FIXED DOUBLE BED AND LARGE GARAGE

Sorry for the big write up. Trying to cover everything as honestly and best I can for our much-loved motorhome ‘Big Chestnut’! We have owned her for two years and it’s the most spacious and best layout we have found. It’s good to note that this home is 24 years old although in very good condition, please appreciate some wear and tear for it’s age.

LAYOUT
Super spacious and comfortable fixed rear double bed
Both front seats are Captain seats that swivel, these are very comfortable
The garage is accessible underneath bed from inside the home
Single pull down bed above cab at front, pushes back up to store.
L shape sofa area, could easily sleep a single person
Large single side facing seat with seat belt for traveling
Large bathroom with separate shower tray area
Large cupboard we added shelves for more inside storage
Lots of cupboards, hooks and hangers for clothes and stuff

FEATURES
Under 3500kg So can be driven on normal licence – 7metres long
Rear view camera installed with screen on dash (very useful)
1pc fitted lift out removable carpet with easy clean lino flooring underneath
4 sunroofs / vents, all open and lets in lots of light
Avtex 15” TV and DVD with inbuilt 12v so can be watched without hook-up (please note, no ariel, so DVD’s or HTMI cable only)
All sleeping areas have curtains for privacy

ENGINE
Manual
87,000 miles
Fiat Ducato 2.8 diesel engine (best engine we know), very easy to drive, plenty of power for a big bus
Clean and rust-free underneath (no welding ever needed)
Just had a full service
A fresh MOT can be produced once interest made
Cambelt recorded late 2017 (sticker under bonnet) We have inspected the cambelt and it looks in good condition, happy to discuss choices if buyer wishes for it to be done before sale for peace of mind.

EXTERIOR
Beautiful looking van and draws a lot of attention
Exceptionally large garage under fixed bed. Can be externally accessible from both sides of the van with large doors
New windscreen fitted last year due to previous crack
Slight scrape down OSR (unfortunate encounter with a low post in the dark) See pic OOPS
Easy panel to remove toilet to empty from outside
Gas bottle holder cupboard (will take more pictures and update) 2 gas bottles included

WATER, HEATING AND COOKING
The Combi boiler and heater had previously failed before our ownership – we installed a diesel heater system into the normal heating pipes that works brilliantly, not having hot water didn’t bother us for the fact that we were always on a site that had showers (cold water tanks and pumps and taps all work). There are plenty of options to change this if this is an issue for you.
Cooking – 3 gas hobs all working (used them the other week for my tinned all day breakfast J Yum!) Oven and grill all gas fed and all working as they should.

Overall a fantastic spacious motorhome which we have enjoyed and loved so much.
Only selling due to needed to downsize to fit on my driveway.
