We are selling this lovely van because we are moving back home to New Zealand. After journeying around Europe with this Ford Grand Tourneo Connect we can confirm it is the ideal vehicle for a getaway and for everyday driving. We purchased the van (that we call Alby) from an elderly couple who hardly used it but found the boot space handy for taking their mobility scooter wherever they needed. It was last serviced by Ford in March, so it still benefits from Ford Roadside Assistance until March next year. The great thing about Alby is that it was easy for everyday town driving around London, it’s ULEZ compliant, automatic, spacious 5 seater that’s well maintained.
We drove Alby all around Europe, 12 000 miles, with no mechanical or electronic issues. It’s extended body offers lots of storage capacity, making it easy to pack everything you need — from tents and coolers to bikes and more. It connects to your phone via bluetooth for music and has a sun roof that’s perfect for star gazing.

The van comes with a Simply Campal Camper Kit, that allows you to effortlessly transform the back seats and boot into a seating and dining area or a comfortable double bed (without removing the rear seats.) The bed can easily fit most people as it is 6ft3 in length and we can confirm the mattresses are comfy!
The camper kit also has a drawer that pops out and doubles as a space for a portable gas stove, perfect for cooking on the go. There’s ample storage space keeping your essentials neatly organised.

-12.5L electric cooler box to keep your food and drinks chilled on long trips (it plugs into the cigarette lighter space)
-Thermal window blinds for privacy and warmth, ideal for overnight stays
