Ford Transit 350 L2H3 Leader 2022 45k miles partly converted van

For sale is our recently purchased project, unfortunately due to a change in personal circumstances we are sadly no longer able to continue.

We have had opening side windows, rear windows and a Maxxair Fan deluxe professionally fitted.
An underslung 38 litre LPG tank professionally fitted by Snail Guys of Leicester with provision for 3 separate appliances. Drop vent fitted and Gok plug x3. Paperwork included.
Dodo sound deadening and thermal lining fitted on walls, roof and wheel arches.
The floor has had batons and recticell foil backed 25mm insulation laid with new 12mm plywood fitted on top.
Plastic side trims removed and sealed to prevent water ingress in the future.
The van was initially purchased with 6mm plywood attached to the walls by the previous owner which we intended to reuse, so this is included along with the bulkhead.

This is an ideal project and a blank canvass for anyone that wants to add their stamp on a van conversion with the labourious flooring, insulation, windows, ceiling fan and underslung LPG tank work having already been completed.

The van passed its first MoT at the end of May, so has a full year.
Front brake disks and pads was an advisory so had them fitted by Ford along with slight oil leak rectified.
Only covered 44,900 miles, a recent service including wet belt change completed by Ford whilst having the MoT done.
Brand new starter battery fitted in January.
