We converted this Ford Transit (an ex Network Rail crew van) over lockdown and its off grid ready for its next adventure! Originally based in Manchester and now using it out and about around the Dorset coast. It’s ready to go, sleeps 2 comfortably with lots of storage (including bikes in the back). The solar panels were professionally installed (controlled and monitored by app on your phone) and gas and water professionally installed too. We built the interior fittings (beds, kitchen, loo cubicle) and insulated the ceiling and walls with sheep wool insulation from Celtic Sustainables (very cosy in the winter!)
