Ford Transit
We are looking to sell our Ford Transit campervan conversion. We have loved our time in the van and it has taken us all round Scotland, including the NC500. The van has also been to Europe.
The van is completely off grid, powered by a large solar panel and 3 leisure batteries. There is also the ability to hook up to the electric at campsites if you wish, but we have never needed to do this – even in winter!! The solar panel powers the water pump for the sink and shower, the power for the diesel heater, the lights and various usb charging points in the van.
The sink and shower run off a water tank located in the storage space at the back of the van. There is plumbing located in the van for hot water but we have never connected this up.
The van has a gas hob for cooking and a fridge for food storage.
There is plenty of storage within the van too.
