141k miles, starts and drives absolutely fine never let us down once, 6 speed, rear wheel drive, no warning lights good on fuel we have been all over the country and NC 500 twice
the conversion was done by myself to my wife’s high standard
Storage
There are 7 over head lockers plus a large locker over the cab, storage under the bed, in the vanity unit and two cupboard and draws in the kitchen area, there is also a clothes rail.
The kitchen has a 12v/ mains fridge a double burner hob and sink the work top is a hard wood top in a beautiful heron bone patten there is a cutlery draw and 12v water pumpLliving area
The lay out was chosen for comfort first space to sit and relax
The twin six feet seats convert into a large bed 6 x 6 feet roughly or can be used as 2 singles between them is a storage unit that has a seat/box and a vanity unit with lights as well as a draw
there is a seat/ toilet box
there is extra table area at the rear nice place to sit and have breakfast or a glass of wine while the sun sets { or rises lol}
The conversion was made with real oak wood laminate and all surfaces had a minimum of 5 coats of high quality varnish more in high contact areas , which real brings out the fantastic grain of real oak
Electrics
The van has mains hook and 12volt systems run from two 75 amp leisure batteries more than enough for our need as we tend to camp off grid there are usb sockets and regular 12v sockets as well and high quality wood effect
mains sockets when on hook up there are 6 led lights 3 in the kitchen end and 3 in the living area. there is a split charge fitted to the van which charges the leisure batteries when the engine is running
There is also a porta potti Toilet in a seat box {see photos}

I have a air awning for the van which I will include if full or near asking price is reached
