Ford transit connect 2006
Here for sale is my ford transit connect 2006 campervan project. As you can see I have built a small bed that folds out to a small double. I have carpeted the walls for installation (DIY Job not professional) and laid a plastic floor down (again DIY not professionally done) I was planning on continuing this conversion but unfortunately I lost my job so it has to go!
The van has a fresh 12 months MOT starts drives and idles perfectly but it sometimes cuts out when driving (glow plugs light comes on and van cuts out) I have still driven it with this problem though as you just turn key on and off when it happens and it jumps back to life. (I drove it over 60 miles like this) obviously it will need fixing but not taken it to garage yet. It could be just a sensor that needs replacing or maybe fuel injectors need cleaning I really don’t know im just going by what I read online. Van also has towbar and roof racks fitted. I have the bulkhead too which I removed if you want to use it as a normal van again.
12 months MOT and can be driven away! Happy to answer any questions and I’ll be honest as possible.
