This is the price for just the van with electrics, can come as a full setup or bare van with electrics if wanted – price negotiable.

Kiravans 3 step insulation – Fully insulated, dodo matting sound proofing and ply lined (always liked the look more than carpet).
Factory fitted Bosch split charge relay battery system under the driver’s seat with a Bosch Leisure battery. A solar system could be easily fitted with an inverter – has 2 spare power outputs and earthing points.
12v USB hookups and 12v charger – unit has 1m extension can be moved closer to bed unit. The head unit has 6 12v switches not in use so diesel heater et. can be fitted easily.
Individual switch 12v lighting with 30 min cut off timer to prevent battery drain.
Twin sliding door.
Beacons (never know when you’ll need them!) – would also allow solar to be easily installed through rubber conduit in ceiling without cutting any further holes.
Sliding window will be fitted before sale on passenger side.
Curtains and floor matting.
Double chairs with heated seated – swivel could be easily fitted to passenger side.
3 x roofbars and ladder for access. Also has back steps.

Rooftent and awning not included.

Was an ex BT van so has been serviced regularly although only have paperwork for most recent service. Can sell with fresh MOT.
