3 seater converted camper van, with permanent bed, two ring gas hob, diesel heater, plumbed sink with large water tank and waste tank, double chest Dometic fridge freezer, leisure battery with electric pannel, electric fittings and hook up, large under bed garage and fitted roof solar panel.

Camper renovation includes a new foam mattress purchased March 2024, a £1500 Dometic fridge freezer which is fitted beneath the seating area, a pull out table, two units one beneath the stove, and one beneath the sink which includes counter space, 3 drawers, and a double door cupboard. There is an additional small counter which pulls up and down on the end of the cabinet. Above the bed are three over head cupboards. The van has two double plug socket ports as shown, inclusive of USB ports for charging devices, and has working spot lights on the ceiling. A shoe cupboard sits beneath the seats. The bulkhead also provides a large amount of extra storage. There is a shower tray and curtain hooks installed into the entrance of the van, great for summer months/when abroad, the sink tap extends to create a shower either within this shower space or turns outside. Finally there is a sky light window and a side window, in working order with fly netting.

The van itself has 8 months MOT, and a recent oil and filter change; the tires are all within range. New van battery fitted 2024, the second in 2023. This van has been well looked after and recently repainted and decorated (2024).

Things to consider:

Small amount of damage to the exterior as shown, and may require bumpers and alloys bringing back to life depending on personal preference. Van exterior has been hand painted which again can be changed.

The stove/hob itself needs connecting by a certified gas engineer, it is brand new, unused and comes with the manual and parts. This however can easily be removed if not required.

The diesel heater needs a new clip to re attatch one of the tubes.

The cupboard door clips which stop the drawers rolling out require replacing as 2 don’t work efficiently.

The bed itself is a double size, but only 165cm in length head to toe, meaning to sleep a reposition is required. We have used foam blocks to make a comfortable bed space.

There is a crack in the top left of the windscreen, which has been there for some time and caused no problems but may require repair/replacing.
