Kitchen Area: The Kitchen worktop is a beautiful feature comprising of oak slabs, these are protected by layers of a very durable varnish. There is a very spacious four hob cooker top, with grill underneath, spacious sink and plenty of chopping space. There is also lots of space in the cupboards for all of your crockery, kitchenware and dry food needs. The sink is fed by a pump drawing out of a 25litre fresh water tank, which drains into a 15 litre waste water tank, that is emptied by hand. It’s a practical system where simplicity equates to longevity. There is also a 12v fridge for any food that requires it!
Electrics: Frida is fully kitted out with respect to electrical set-up. Featuring a 110 Ah battery, a solar panel for charging the battery off-grid and a mains electrical hook up. There are also multiple USB charging points located next to the bed to keep gadgets charged. There are also 13 amp plug sockets which run through a mains distribution board for use when connected to mains hook up. Spotlights are located within the ceiling and can be operated independently for the living and sleeping areas. The switches are within easy reach of the bed. As well as two reading lights with USB sockets on the bed head.
Storage: There is a handy, surprisingly roomy ‘above cab’ storage compartment accessible just above the kitchen. The seats double up as storage, with a wardrobe area next to the bed, there is a gorgeous shelf above the kitchen, further storage for clothes tucked away above the sleeping area and of course, tonnes of storage beneath the bed accessible from the rear doors.
Frida sleeps 2 adults in a fixed double bed 170cm long and 130cm wide. The bed is raised to give plenty of storage in the garage.
