Freebird - Hymer / Ford Camper

Freebird is a gorgeous white and gold 1970’s original Hymer motorhome that has been factory blended with a 2002 Ford Transit. She is full of vintage character yet runs like a dream!
We bought her earlier this year and spent two months exploring France, Switzerland and Italy with our dog and since we have been back in Sheffield we have been on a couple of trips around the UK too. We LOVE her but she is no longer required!

She has working fridge (leisure, gas and mains), double gas ring, working bathroom w/ shower and toilet, 4 belted seats and sleeps 4 comfortably. Comes with loads of extras if you want them.

– 4 berth and 4 seatbelts which seems to be a challenging thing to find, it is a very practical layout and has everything that you need to camp off grid or in absolute luxury at a campsite
– The charging system is 3-way and can work from the alternator, solar panel or plugged in at a campsite. Unlike many other campers this one is small enough so you can park it in a regular car parking space, which is brilliant for visiting seaside towns.
– There has been no expense spared on it, including replacing any rust and sealing the underside to preserve it.
