Conversion Description

With a heavy heart, we have decided to sell our home of the last year and a half. She is a great camper; stylish, characterful, unique, and ready for adventures any time of the year. Handcrafted by us with an emphasis on using natural products wherever feasible.
Some of the photos include personal items that aren’t included in the sale. However, items such as the Latex mattress, camping stove, camping table, steering wheel lock, hookup cable, fire extinguisher etc will be included with the van.

Particulars:
– Interior height is around 190cm
– Big side window and sliding rear window
– Insulated with Thermafleece sheeps wool throughout
– No vapour barrier. The sheeps wool, heater and good ventilation make one unnecessary
– Bins for general waste, two for recycling and a food waste included
– Oak counter and large, pullout tabletop oiled with Osmo oil
– Hand-painted real tile splashback
– Space and cables for fridge but we found that we didn’t need one
– Stainless steel sink and chrome traditional tap
– No gas system. We found that a camping stove was sufficient while being more versatile
– 7 x 10L fresh water containers, 2 x 10L for waste water
– Waterproof drawer on heavy duty slides for containers that aren’t in use
– Surflo pump, Fiamma accumulator and Osmio ultra ceram water filter
– Seperating toilet with Kildwick components. This was made hastily before a trip and isn’t brilliant. Good for emergency / overnight use though.
– 177 x 120 cm bed with latex mattress. I am 183cm and, as a side sleeper, didn’t have any issues
– Lavaner pro 2kw diesel heater plumbed into the vehicle tank. Ducted into living area and under bed
– Maxxair Deluxe fan
– Warm white ceiling lights and under cabinet lighting
– Engineered hardwood floor, underlay, 12mm plywood subfloor and 20mm of insulation for a warmer floor in winter
– Motorhome wifi 4G signal booster. Cat 7 with carrier aggregation. Great for remote working and streaming
– Graphenstone paint and primer with a few lived in scuffs and scratches but mostly good condition
– Hand sewed curtains
– Osmo stained tongue and groove ceiling and head/foot-board

Electrics:
– 200Ah Renogy LiFePo4 battery. This has degraded since we let it drop too low overnight. This should be fine for the summer and it has seen us through this winter but it will definitely need replacing before the next
– 12v fuse box
– Lynx power in modified to a mega fuse holder
– 3 x 100w solar panels wired in series
– Victron 100/30 MPPT
– Victron Orion tr smart 12/30 connected to the vehicle starter battery
– Victron Phoenix 375 inverter neutral earth bonded for proper RCD function. Enough for two laptops or a small 250w blender.
– Victron 15a mains charger
– 2 consumer units with double pole MCB and RCD
– Electrics are grounded to the vehicle Chassis.
