Welcome to our Van Melanie – we have owned her since 2019, self converted her and lived in her full time for over 2 years, having driven her all across Europe. We have maintained and taken good care of her these past 5 years but it is time for us to upgrade to a bigger rig, hence the sale.

We’ve driven her from Scotland to Spain, to the heal of Italy and all the way to Greece and Bulgaria and back, all the while providing us with intoxicating freedom and a life of adventure. She’s been built as a fully off grid, rugged campervan that does amazingly well off-roading to get to those special spots.

— THE WEIGHT —
We designed this van around SPACE and being LIGHTWEIGHT. The van weighs 2,980kg when empty, giving ample weight allowing for gear, people, and modifications. The low weight keeps her MPG high, and the mechanical wear and tear to a minimum.

— COUCH + BEDROOM 1 —
There’s a huge couch with lagun table at the front, excellent for lounging with the door open in the summer, which converts into a full width double bed (widthways) at night for guests, or as your main bed.

— BATHROOM + TOILET —
A fully waterproof full-size shower cubicle with door + pegboard wall for storage and to hide the bathroom away when not in use. Space for a portable toilet of choice to fit in the shower when shower is not in use. We built and used our own composting toilet…we assume that you don’t want the toilet we’ve used for the past 2 years so not included with the van).

— KITCHEN —
A HUGE kitchen counter which extends the remaining length of the van, and round the back! Spacious storage units under these kitchen counters, fully customizable to your needs with integrated USB plugs. Back doors come with shelving for even more kitchen pantry storage and a large van width shelf for EVEN MORE.

— COOKING —
There’s a 30L sink with hot and cold water, a small toiletry cabinet above, along with 2 PORTABLE INDUCTION COOKTOPS for electric cooking, which can be placed anywhere. Space and POWER to add more electrical cooking appliances of your choosing.

— OFFICE SPACE—
Wall mounted storage unit with integrated office desk workspace, with a lot of shelving and integrated corkboard.

— BEDROOM 2 —
2nd bed is a Japanese-inspired futon mattress (NEW MATTRESS comes with the van) which unfolds onto the floor space at the back, laying on top of the heated floor for maximum comfort and space efficiency. We used this as our main bed for 2 years, in temperatures down to -12C in Bulgaria, and were toasty warm all night…sweating actually…

— SPECIAL FEATURES —
As a random added bonus, there are 2 suspension bars at the front and back of the van, to be able to hook a hammock chair and sit in! Brilliant for those summer days when you want to sit back and chill out.

— GARAGE STORAGE —
There’s a garage space on either side of the fridge at the back of the van, assessable from the back of the van, and inside. Great for storing camping chairs, tables, tools etc…

— ELECTRICS —
We built our van to be fully electric, including electric cooking. There’s a HUGE 460Ah Lithium Roamer Battery – UK company with 10 year warranty + support – with 540W of solar on the roof and a 50A DCDC charger for plenty of recharge.

We can easily last 5 days in the winter, completely off the grid with no recharge, and in the summer, we can go indefinitely.

— HEATING —
German-branded 5kw Eberspacher Hydronic diesel heater provides hot air, UNDERFLOOR HEATING, and INSTANT hot water on demand (never have a cold shower again). It is controlled via the Easy Start Pro controller with timer and thermostat settings.
Used in the Alps, Pyrenees and Balkans (up to 2500m), and down to -12C without any issues.
