Fully Off Grid Campervan

This is a fully off grid campervan for full time living. It features a top of the range electrics system, 200w worth of solar, Victron devices and a 230ah Eco Tree lithium ion battery. High quality gear has also been fitted; an Eberspächer German diesel heater, 12v compressor Alpicool 50lt fridge/freezer, Rogue Alloy wheels, an 11kg Gaslow refillable gas cylinder and a Victron multiplus hookup. I have used sustainable materials including FSC certified woods, Thermafleece wool insulation and environmentally friendly paints and stains. It really is rigged for all your adventures.

I have lived full time in this van for two years, part time for a third year so it is perfect for anyone looking to start their full or part time van life adventure. You can be off grid escaping the crowds and enjoying what nature has to offer all year round.

There is plenty of storage; in the kitchen, under the bed, over cab, garage space and it even has a wardrobe with a rail and shelving.

I have looked after this van as it was my home therefore it is in good condition. It comes with good service history and all paperwork and receipts.
It also got a gas safe certificate in 2022 as I originally built the camper to rent. But as I moved in, I never updated it. Therefore, if you are looking to rent it, it will pass gas testing as it was previously been signed off.

KEY MECHANICAL WORK
• Clutch and auxiliary belt was done when I first bought it in March 2024

THINGS TO NOTE
• There are dinks and marks on cupboard doors and flooring
• Windscreen wiper setting one sometimes doesn’t work unless you go into two and back.
• Runners for the draw under bed need fixing – the draw still works
• Bathroom wetroom needs a repaint if you will be using it for showers
