Off Grid Eco Friendly High Spec Merc Sprinter

This conversion fulfills all the criteria, both internally and externally, needed to be registered as a MOTORHOME.
We haven’t applied for it as it take some time so we decided to leave it for a new owner.

Please note: there are currently no sticker on the driver side of the van (it is needed for the application). However, we decided not to put it at the moment and leave it for a new owner to choose his preferable style or leave the side it without the sticker at all thus keeping it as the stealth van on the driver side.

It was professionaly converted in Lake District in 2020/2021 so this van is a BRAND NEW conversion, never rented out and never used – only for testing purposes.

It is fully off grid model with bespoke wooden interior insulated mainly with 75mm thick sheep wool (floor and cabin wall with celotex). It has all that is needed to live in the van full time: electricity, heating, shower, toiler, cooker, fridge, spacious wardrobe, cabinets and garage area. It has sliding out table both useable to eat or work on a laptop with accessible 220v plug.
