Volkswagen Transporter T4 SWB Autosleeper Trooper
Fully off grid and much loved VW Autosleeper. In really good condition for its age. Has been serviced every year I’ve owned it (five years), and well maintained. MOT until March 2026. These are the things I’ve had done:
New 200w solar panel and split charging system added last year. Keeps the vehicle and leisure batteries topped up at all times and weather conditions.
2 large Numax 105ah leisure batteries mean there’s plenty of off grid power.
12W cigarette lighter style socket (I use to charge laptop)
2 x USB sockets
Shurflow Trail king water pump and new filter
4 new Continental Vanco 100 tyres
New starter motor
New tap on waster water tank
Front and Rear brake pads and discs
Rear coil springs x 2
Sigma S30 alarm and central locking
New RAC vehicle battery
Standard vehicle features:
2.5L engine
Pull out double rock and roll bed
Mains electric hook up.
Fridge – can be powered by electric or gas
Two ring hob and grill
Sink with tap and water tank
Pop up roof
Space for 2 children or 1 adult to sleep in roof area. I mainly use as handy storage when parked up.
Swivel passenger seat with small table
Large table to use when sat on sofa
Gas bottle included
Porta potty included that is stored in fitted cupboard
I have the manuals and paperwork going back to the year of first registration.
1 double rock and roll bed that can sleep 2 adults
1 bed in roof that can sleep 2 children or 1 adult
