Peugeot Boxer L3H2
Originally a standard panel van that we purchased and started converting. The previous owner promised to send on the previous service history but went quiet so this is not here. I can tell you though that the van does well and keeps pace with traffic nicely.
It is very much still a work in progress but this means you will be able to change whatever you like easily and without too much fuss.
4 travel seats
Sleep 3-4
The mileage is 173000
Current MOT
Built in TomTom sat nav
Air conditioning
Electric windows
Reverse warning bleeper and parking sensors [Reverse only]
The build has been a mix of DIY and assistance from a couple of professionals.
In the sleeping area there is a fixed double bed and a fixed single bed (which sleeps 2 young children – ours are 10yrs and 7yrs and fit lovely.)
The windows were purchased and installed by a professional window fitting company in Northamptonshire. Each side window currently has a curtain which were purchased from Kiravans. I do have another curtain which could be used which is included in the sale.
I have fitted CTA swivel plates to the front 2 seats which allow more room when on a campsite. The seats in the rear were purchased and installed by a local garage. These seats do not fold but they do recline a few inches.
The toilet is a brand new Thetford 224CW
As I stated above, this is still a work in progress so there is a bit of finishing to do in a lot of areas but nothing to taxing and once done, will provide a nice finish. This was our 1st attempt at a build and this was the main reason for me not installing any water, gas or electric although this is something that could be added even at this stage.
The rear of the van also has overhead cupboards.
The eagle eyed among may notice there is some damage on the drivers side and front bumper which was a result of someone hitting the van and driving off, the damage is not as bad as it looks and will mostly polish out while a couple of bits on the bumper could easily be replaced.
Happy to answer any questions you may have.
