This is a handcrafted renovation that was originally completed with the assistance of a professional electrician & in accordance with gas safety requirements. Everything is working well however there are a couple of very minor jobs, such as rewiring a couple of the electrical sockets and realigning one of the draws, that you may wish to complete, following my re-vamp of the interior (which was previously very garish and had no seating area). The only substantive job to do is putting up new back panels to hide the insulation, as I had originally put up back panels with bespoke artwork which would not be suitable for commercial sale – I can however provide a template to assist you.
One adult bed (just under queen size – ideal for someone 5ft8 or shorter – my partner is 6ft2 and was a little cramped)
