Our lovely camper “Dolly” which we are sadly (for us) selling because we don’t have enough time to enjoy van-life as me and my partner are both working too much.
Recently we had a very high quality 2kw diesel heater professionally installed with a nice control panel which can be reached without getting out of bed! So a great van for anytime of the year.
In terms of welding – start of this year 2024 it had a proper welding repair with replacement panel sections cut, welded, treated & full body under-seal. We also gave her a fresh new paint job which is a really nice dark blue with black roof, looks smart and the paint is extremely durable with a matt look so not easily scratched at all.

We purchased Dolly already converted. We know that the previous owner bought this van as having been just converted by a professional van-converter. They installed electric hook-up so you can plug in at campsites rather than use the leisure battery, this gives you access to using 4 12v plug sockets.
We also know that the previous owner got a skylight fitted for ventilation. We have the receipt for the skylight which was purchased and installed from Newleaf Camper Conversions.
As stated in the vehicle information, we recently had a diesel-heater (Planar – Autoterm 2kw) professionally installed. It is a very high spec product, it functions in temperatures as low as -40 degrees. It has given us some really nice cosy winter nights.
We also have a 110ah leisure battery to run the diesel heater, lights and usb sockets.
There is a huge storage compartment above the cockpit and more storage in the kitchen and bedroom area. The Kitchen has 2 gas hobs and a small grill. It really is the perfect set up we’ve cooked many different styles of meals with this set up. The kitchen also has a sink and draining board. There is a cold water system installed (located in one of the cupbaords right next to the gas container). The sink drains out of the van via a tube which goes through the floor.
Rock’n’roll bed. Acts as a double sided sofa and is easily collapsed with 1 pull into a long double-sized bed.
The diesel heater can be turned on whilst lying in bed. No need get up turn it on as you can easily reach the heater control-panel.
