Two 100W solar panels, two 115Ah lead-acid leisure batteries, a 1,500W inverter, and an Epsolar MPPT controller charging both engine and leisure batteries. Three to four days off-grid is realistic, depending on usage and sunlight. Split charge relay tops everything up while you drive.
Kitchen:
Smev 9222L two-burner gas hob and sink set into a 120cm solid beech worktop with an extendable section. Waeco CRX 50L fridge with freezer compartment. 25-litre refillable LPG tank — no swapping canisters. Cook inside, eat under the Fiamma awning or at the dinette, which looks out through a 900mm x 500mm tinted window. The dinette converts to a couch or a single bed — good for a kid or a dog.
