MOT booked for 22nd April (confident it will pass/will fix and re-MOT ahead of sale). Use BX60 YYH for MOT check – message me for full MOT history details.
Log book lost long before we took ownership. There’s no service or maintenance details available prior to 2018 – when the previous owner purchased for converting. The van is ex-Scottish Water fleet meaning it would have to have been regularly maintained and serviced.
It starts every time, runs very well, and is very mechanically sound for being a 2011 van – but obviously doesn’t purr like a kitten!
Exterior – standard level of rust for a transit of this age but mainly cosmetic. There’s a few scuffs, bumps and general signs of age and use but overall it’s still a tidy looking motor.

We bought the van in March 2022. The previous owner had converted it himself with assistance from his friends in the electrical and joinery trade. It’s a one of a kind self-build, cleverly thought out, spacious and very practical. It’s the ideal camper for 1 or 2 adults.
The interior is in good used condition – just a few very minor, mainly cosmetic issues. I’ve tired to show/mention everything in the photos/list below but feel free to get in touch if you have any questions or would like further info.
Huge fresh water tank
Bathroom & kitchen sinks with taps (cold water slow flowing but more than a trickle!)
Gas & electric storage water heater (though we’ve never tried it out)
Connectable jerry can for grey water waste
Permanently installed toilet system with slide out waste holding cassette tank
Decent sized fridge with freezer compartment (works perfectly when mains powered but we’ve been unable to operate with gas)
Ariel connection for TV
Secure gas locker
LOADS of storage space
A range of battery and/or mains operated lighting
Cooker – 1 x electric hob, 3 x gas hobs, gas grill, gas oven
Large leisure battery with solar/hook up/engine charging
Many electrical sockets (plug, USB, 12v)
Swivel driver and passenger seats
2 x internal and 1 x external pull out tables
Loads of other wee extras included – fold up chairs, stools, internal thermal window covers/blinds, chocks, stovetop kettle, basic kitchen utensils, tent awning (we got it 2nd hand but have never got around to checking it’s compatible or used it) and the list goes on!
We’ve had some great wee holidays in the van over the past 3 years and will be really sad to see it go but due to our elderly parents not being as independent as they once were, we simply can’t get away in it as much as we’d like to justify keeping it.
Bunk beds (2 x single beds, one above the other)
Both beds are 180cm long and 65cm wide
Very comfortable and stable, they easily fit and hold 2 average height, overweight adults!
MUCH more spacious and practical than a double bed as no need to make/unmake each day.
