2007 Ford Transit van, converted camper, 146k miles. MOT until May 2026 – freshly MOTβd
Selling our fully off-grid, converted campervan. This Ford Transit has a high roof meaning most people can stand up!
Lots of storage, a double bed that converts to a table and bench chairs. The van also has a sink, 50L fresh water tank, capacity for hot water with water heater (it has not yet been connected to the gas) outdoor shower, double ring stove, gas and electric fridge (also not yet connected to gas) and complete solar power set up.
There is a large solar panel on the roof that powers all outlets, the fridge, water pump,roof extractor fan etc.
We have not plumbed in the gas fridge and a hot water boiler but it would be a small job as everything is already installed (pipes, correct ventilation etc.) The fridge can be used on solar power.
Mechanically, everything is in full working order we have taken it for regular mechanic visits including rust removal on the underside of the van. We just got the MOT and spent some money replacing the wheel bearings. The yellow engine light is faulty – the ERG valve means that it is always on but we have all paperwork to say that the engine is fine and the light is just faulty. A common one in transits apparently!
She has a few cosmetic cuts and scrapes on the bodywork and some minor rust but otherwise in good nick for a 2007 van. Selling as we have just moved somewhere with no parking π
