Volkswagen Crafter LWB
The base vehicle used for the conversion was a fully serviced handicapped children’s school bus. We purchased the van in 2019 with around 150.100 on the clock. The decision was made to do a complete engine strip down and total engine rebuild- All receipts available
The van has completed around 9K since rebuild in 2020, has a six speed gearbox and does around 29 MPG. Engine size:2461CC
The van is fully compliant with the DVLA campervan reclassification rules and has been successfully reregistered as a campervan by the DVLA
The bodywork is in good condition for the age of the vehicle
last serviced February 2023
MOT expiry 18th March 2024. Will have a new years MOT completed if buyer requests

2x 100 watt solar panels
We first fitted sound deadening panels to the van then we fully insulated with 25ml Celetex on the floor and 50ml on the roof. Recycled insulation made from plastic bottles has been used on the walls. This insulation is the most efficient way to insulate campervans at the moment as it has no risk to health or respiratory side effects, is a cleaner option and help repel rodents. Not to mention it lasts a life time. Following this a vapor barrier was fitter then the walls were lined with 9ml Ply. This was then finished with a white wall board on the walls and roof. The shower room was fully lined with a water proof wallboard. The floor was also lined with 12ml Ply and then lino was fitted which we have now coved with carpet tiles but can be removed if preferred. The van windows all have privacy tints except for the cab windows. The Roof has two Fiamma Turbo Vent fans. The van interior lights are touch light LEDs with a turn off override switch in doorway.
Cab
The front cab passenger double bench seat fully swivels using a swivel base that has a VOSC safety certificate.
Reversing camera

Seating Area
Full upholstered bench seat which makes a nice corner seating area when the cab bench seat is turned to face the back of the van. Under the upholstered bench seat is where the Truma Combination boiler is located. This piece of equipment powers all the hot water and heating requirements for the van
The dining table is a Lagun Cockpit Table Leg with fitted Table top
Window with venetian blind makes this a nice light area

Kitchen
Wipe down worktop with a fitted Dometic sink with glass top
Thetford Triplex 700 Series cooker with glass lid. Three burners and Oven/Grill
Fully fitted base kitchen cupboards with pull out basket trays in larder unit. The kitchen are also has fitted top cupboards for storage with touch lighting for kitchen area.
The fridge is a Vitrifrigo 12 volt 51ltr compressor fridge with freezer box.
The worktop also has an flip up extension that can be used if more worktop is required.

The bathroom is accessed by a full length tambour door in silver
Thetford C-200 swivel cassette toilet with electric flush. Emptying cassette access is via a door on the side of the van

Shower tray with mixer tap. This tray has been fitted properly so will not crack.
Drop down sink with hot and cold tap
