Lovely converted van 2005 plate , 1.9 engine , MOT till March 2025 . Had a new battery a few months ago and had welding done underneath last year. Fully serviced last year but not been done this year as we haven’t used it a lot since the last service. Few age related marks on the body work but not in bad condition at all. Runs well no issues.
The van has been lovingly converted , it has tons of storage space under the seats and under the sink, there is a cupboard to store food in and a drawer for utensils under the cooker. There is also a secret compartment to store valuables.
Fully insulated with panelling throughout with fitted lights.
Cooker with gas canister and sink which we have never used.
Pop up sky light with blind.
Smoke and Carbon Monoxide alarms fitted.
Two sliding doors and doors on the back to access some of the storage.
Table which can be removed when making the bed up.
Comfy thick cushions which are used to make the bed. The bed is made up with two plywood panels and the cushions , its very comfortable for two adults.
Bunk bed above suitable for a child or small adult. I am just over 5 foot and i have slept on it.
Privacy screen between the cab and main sleeping / sitting area.
Van is classed as a van with side windows with the DVLA
Fire extinguisher under passenger seat.
1 key fob .
Battery for lights / switches never used but we top up so always charged by using a solar panel.
Large drive away awning ( see pics ) with magnetic rail to attach to the van..

Double bed comfortable for two adults and a bunk bed suitable for a child or small adult
