Conversion Description

Lennie is a small home on wheels. A bespoke beautiful conversion to be comfy, practical and have everything to live in off grid. I have loved my holidays and times away and couldn’t have asked for more in a camper van. I am selling as I now need to work abroad again.

It is a fully kitted out camper van with everything you could possibly need. You can stand up and move around the van easily. It is compact but quite roomy too.

Kitchen
The kitchen is tiled with solid oak surfaces. Hob with 2 gas burners (checked by a gas engineer). Safefill refillable good gas cylinder worth £200 provided which is discreetly fitted below the surfaces. Sink. Great fitted fridge/ freezer. Good cupboard space. There is a 12l clean water tank and a 12l grey water tank fitted in the kitchen area. There is an extra 70l water tank too. Great kitchen to make all sorts of delights. Table can slot and fit in for people to sit around and chat. There is a Fiamma roof vent which which is an extractor fan, but also blows air back in as you need.

Electrics and charging
There are 3 solar panels to give 380w voltage. This powers everything you could want and need. I use the van as a work space and laptop is charging and coffee machine is on. There is also a dual leisure batteries (total 200ah), split charge relay, 1500W inverter (good enough for small oven / coffee machine / hairdryer), MPPT solar controller and lots of charging points 12V and 240V. There is a cupboard for the electrics with a metre that you can see the energy being used and solar energy being charged. You can park up for days with no problem. There is led lighting throughout the van.

Roof
There is a good roof carrier, good for any extra storage or just hanging out enjoying the sunset.

Safety and Ease
It is a geared for travel and safety, with a proper safe that is bolted into the van and there are 2 extra dead locks too for the back door and the side door. The van is fully alarmed too.
Rear reversing camera and sensors makes it easy to park in those small spaces and this van can just fit into a normal space.

Entertainment
Flat screen TV and DVD player with HDMI connection makes for good entertainment or a great working space. Lots of charging points. Speaker AMP with 4 fitted speakers in the living area of the van to enjoy music all day long.

Shower and toilet.
Great addition to have a fitted shower and toilet. There is also an additional gas heater which is included but not fitted up during the summer.

Bedroom and living room
Bed slides out easily and is very comfy. Fairylights make it feel warm and cosy. There is lots of cupboard space for all your extras. There are 2 sofa style seats with cushions to hang out during the day with a table that easily slips in and out and can be moved to where is suitable. Wood panelling. Fully insulated.

Diesel heater

Quirks
There are some points to be aware of. The bodywork is average, this doesn’t bother me at all as it makes it great for stealth. Have to be gentle with the doors as they are a little quirky but they all close and lock fine. You can fill the diesel tank to three quarters as the joint between the heater and the tank stops here. But these things have all been fine for me. I have been comfortable with this and it has been a great van.

The van will make a great new home for someone. I have loved adventuring all over the UK and Wales with great memories.
