!! BRAND NEW MOT JULY 2021 !! Clear bill of health, with no advisories…..
Originally a kid’s school-bus, this characterfully, converted camper would be best suited to a family with two younger children, or one older child who would be most excited and comfortable sleeping in the mezzanine bed, which also has a drop down ladder for access. It does however also have 5 belted seats, so can carry an additional passenger when needed and the 5th seat is also removable. The space is great for couples too, as the mezzanine works well as an additional storage area, for larger items to be stowed out of the way.
The van has been recently sprayed on the outside with an artwork mural. (Please note that this has been hand painted, so please do not expect new “showroom” finish or “vinyl wrap” smoothness!) It’s a great unique, eye-catching design with layered, textured paint, making it truly one of a kind.
Also, being an older van, she’s not built for speed, but has been incredibly reliable and has taken us all over on adventures and helped us to create unforgettable memories, in far flung places.
A split-charge system fills the batteries while driving and 200 watts of solar energy provides power to a 110ah leisure battery. The battery feeds LED down-lights and reading lights in bunks. USB sockets for phone charging. The fridge also runs on 240v or 12v option and one of the mains sockets has USB ports too.
Twin gas hob for cooking, fed from a 4.5kg butane bottle inside a sealed locker. Lovely, well designed and safe hand made, wood burning stove for the colder nights, with storage below for firewood etc. Large roof vent for ventilation in the living area.
Kitchen cupboards, drawers and overhead storage cabinets, as well as additional storage for loose items under the bed, means there’s plenty of space for all passenger’s belongings and camping gear to be stored out of the way. Full domestic household size sink, fed by an automatic pump, from a 60L fresh water tank, with Mexican hand painted tile splash-back and beautiful, spalted beech, solid wood worktops provide a perfect space for cooking evening meals and getting a brew on!
Captains swivel seats up front, coupled with the two forwards facing passenger seats, create a dining area to seat 4, with a drop in foldable table, which stows under the bed when not in use (also spalted beech, matching the worktops)
What else can I say? She really is a great camper-van that will be sorely missed. We are selling due to our family expanding with the addition of a new baby last summer. With some reluctance, but also with joy and excitement for the new owner, it’s time to pass her on to a new home.

Full size double bed, that folds back to form sofa for daytimes, if needed. Mezzanine, bunk for two smaller children with access ladder. Could possibly sleep one small (agile) adult up there too..
The rear most side windows and the rear door area have curtains to provide privacy in the sleeping area. The rest of the side windows have blackout plastic too, so this adds a level of privacy nearer the front end of the conversion space..
