Originally a VW T25 Kombi Minibus this was originally converted by a previous owner.
1600 Diesel 5 Speed Manual.
ODO shows c260,000 miles (may have increased as in regular use) but we understand the engine was replace in the late 1990’s but have no related paperwork dating back that far
Current MOT expires May 2023 (May be exempt from MOT and Tax from Aug 2023)
Body work has a little surface rust along seams and we have had some small welds done to the chassis earlier this year to pass MoT but it’s in great condition for its age.
It is a regular festival goer and regularly gets admiring looks and comments. With regular tlc as you’d expect with it’s age it should hold and indeed increase it’s value
Since we acquired in 2017 we have carried out the following

New ignition coils
Starts first time every time and runs well, pulling away well and cruising comfortable at motorway speeds
When we acquired this in 2017 it had previously been converted from a minibus but the fixtures and fittings were tired and not to our comfort.
We stripped most out and converted the rock and roll frame to a full width king size bed with made to measure seat pads and mattress pad by Delilahs in baby blue and cream ‘leatherette’ we also have a coordinating door panel and a seat pad for Dometic Fridge so we can use that as a buddy seat.
New daisy patterned made to measure curtains and tie backs throughout with two matching cushions.
New mango wood (highly resistant to damp/mould) chest of drawers with ample storage for pots, pans etc etc.
New matching mango wood storable table.
We did not install a stove or sink as we cook and wash up outside or in the awning. We do however use a small induction hob (not included) for boiling at kettle etc when on mains hook up.
There is additional overhead storage above the bed
We have also installed led task and mood lighting and new speakers for the Sony CD player (has aux input for playing music from you phone or tablet).
Included is a 5 meter ‘Glawning’ bell tent style awning with link, built in groundsheet, and carpets. Included is a wood burning stove and additional under groundsheet. This can be used separately as a bell tent. We are open to offers excluding this if you are only interested in the van.
We also include a small toilet/shower tent with portable toilet.
The cab has two leather seats taken from a Saab
