MOT’d at the end of March 2023. No major issues. Body work is great with some minor small marks here or there but nothing unexpected for a 6 year old van.
The van was fully converted into a camper in 2019 and has been used as one since.
5 passenger seats and can sleep 4 – two on rock ‘n’ roll bed and two smallish adults in the pop top bed. My two teenage sons slept in the pop top and were comfortable doing so.
Front double passenger seat swivels to face the back.
Dometic appliances throughout: fridge, 2 burner stove and kitchen sink, oven and grill.
Rock ‘n’ roll bed which slides out to sleep two and is pushed back in to a seat.
Leisure battery which charges when driving and when hooked up on campsites.
Mains plugs for when hooked up and USB chargers which run from the leisure battery so ideal when off grid.
Diesel Heater for those chilly nights
Bluetooth sound system in the cab
Plenty of storage
Vango awning and separate sun shade available
Hub caps have been changed but I still have the original VW ones which would come with the van.
This has been a much loved first camper for us and I am only selling because I would like something a bit bigger. I have spent many happy weekends and holidays roaming the country with my dogs and am sorry to be parting with the van.
As a much loved van, there are a few minor issues inside. The leather on the back seat has a tiny tear.
The pump for the tap is not currently working, I always carry a water butt with tap so never been an issue for me but I would be willing to negotiate on this..
The ignition button for the gas burner can be temperamental at times. It is working well at the moment and I normally carry a lighter if it needs a helping hand. Oven and grill are working perfectly.
Diesel heater needs service. Again, willing to negotiate on this.
