White HYUNDAI ILOAD COMFORT CRDI 116
The van features a Reimo Pop-top, professionaly fitted by Wellhouse Leisure, two sliding doors, and double opening back doors, it’s a wonderful van for family holidays or solo trips alike, and the rear wheel drive makes parking and manouvering really easy, almost making it feel like driving a car. It has a 6 speed gearbox and air-conditioning.
Low-Mileage, with just 80,000 miles. It has an MOT until the end of the year (December 2024), and we had all of the advisories repaired from the last MOT (and we’re obviously more than happy to provide receipts of this).
Our lovely Hyundai iLoad has been with us since February 2020, and we’ve converted it slowly over the last few years. We always built it with practicality in mind for our family of 3, and then when we became a family of 4 we moved things round a little! With the pop top it has two double beds, both 180cm long (one at the top, and one the bottom when the bench is converted into the bed).
Standing room with the pop top open is around 7 foot 5, so it’s pretty nice to get changed, stand and cook at the kitchen, etc.
We opted for two Transit Custom seats in the back, desired because they fold down really nicely (the middle one even turns round if you wish), and they can be removed really easily too. With 3 seats in the front, it makes it a really nice family van with two proper seats in the back (one of which has iso fix fittings). But when you remove one or both of the seats, there is a lot of extra space gained too. (When the seats are pushed forward to stow, you can still stand comfortably at the kitchen with the roof up).
We fitted the van with 4 17 Inch Alloy Wheels, complete with locking nuts.
The middle seat in the front of the iLoad also has three positions, either up as a seat, down toward the front as a cup holder and storage, or down backwards making a handy seat in the back of the van.
The bodywork is in good condition, obviously with a few age related marks here and there, but almost unnoticeable.

We always built it with practicality in mind for our family of 3, and then when we became a family of 4 we moved things round a little! With the pop top it has two double beds, both over 180cm long (one at the top 188cm, and one the bottom when the bench is converted into the bed – 180cm).
We used premium Birch Plywood throughout the build. Our cushions are beautifully handmade by Wagtail Campers, meaning they are wipeable and easy to look after (and also very comfy!) suitable for pets (although we have never had any pets in the van ourselves).

The Kitchen is fitted with a Dometic 2 burner hob and sink combo, The Gas bottle is safely locked away in a gas locker underneath, with easy access from the passenger side sliding door.
It is fitted with a 12v electric system consisting of a leisure battery, which charges from the van battery when the engine is running via a split charge relay, and also charges through a Noco Genius charger when you’re plugged in at a campsite. The 12v system works off grid and powers the lights, USB sockets, Fridge, Diesel Heater (which uses minimal electricity), water pump, etc.
It is also fitted with a 230v system which runs when plugged in at a campsite through the charging connection on the side (Power cable will be included with the van also). This powers 3 sockets throughout the van, two of which contain USB and USB C charging points too.
Four sliding curtains provide privacy in the back, with ties to keep them neat whilst driving. Alongside this the van comes with 3 thermal reflective screens which stick to the windscreen, and the two side driving windows to provide full privacy, and a lot of extra warmth at night.
Also included a reflective thermal screen which we made to fit around the top of the pop top and night too which provides a lot of extra warmth and also deadens a lot of sound from outside too.
We have fitted the van with a 60l Halfords compressor fridge, has a really good capacity, and includes an eco setting to reduce power consumption too.
The table can be easily manoevered, or stowed away. I designed this to be used predominiately as a table you can use for a laptop, etc, when sitting in the van. But of course it can be used for eating on also.
Underneath the bench is a toilet which can be easily slid out for any emergencies!
Water and waste for the sink is underneath and is accessible from either inside or outside the van. (A new water container has been included, never used before).
There is a fold out table which comes out of the Passenger side sliding door making a nice place to pop drinks. Or you even to cook on a gas hob on those hot summer nights.
There is ample storage in the van, including underneath the bench, under the fridge, and in the kitchen. We designed the kitchen units to easily house boxes whith could be easily removed. Having originally built a kitchen for this van which had drawers and cupboards, we found they just wasted too much space, so this was the best way to keep things organised, and easily reachable with the bed and seats up or down.
The van is fitted with a diesel heater which runs from the van’s diesel supply, so no need to refill a seperate tank (The heater uses a very minimal amount of fuel).
The flooring is fitted with insulation underneath, and tiled above making it easy to clean.
