Low milage 2009 AUTO XLWB Mercedes Sprinter Campervan for SALE

I have a 2009 AUTO XLWB Mercedes Sprinter with 99500mi. For sale.

I bought Ofelia (you can rename her) in 2022 March, and will sell now as I am buying a property. The previous owner converted it professionally he was disabled so most features are very accessible. Everything works as it should, she’s been really amazing and had no problems with her. New radiator, engine fan and strut added. Was always serviced regularly as she is my baby and will be super sad to sell but it’s time.

She has:

-automatic transmission with 99500mi very low
-Captains seat, adjustable up and down front back, swivel (see pictures)
-Diesel heater cost £1000 (see pictures) can heat up the van in 10 min to 25C summer air flow.
-Renology 200Ah Lithium Battery lasts for 3-4 days off grid easy
-fully insulated no problems in winter
-catalytic converter lock, (can add picture) good for travelling Europe as the steal them often so they will think twice! 🙂
-Smoke detector
-Alphine radio, CD, USB, Bluetooth, also AUX cable added
-Parrot hands free mobile connected to radio.
-AC at front (very rare for sprinters)
-Gas bottle is professionally installed (see pictures)
-3x 220v socket while hooked up,2x 12v cigaret sockets
-2 gas hub + sink with running water tank 25l was more than enough
-L4V (Lock for vans) all over passengers 2x, sliding and back too for safety when left behind
-fire extinguisher
-4 seatbelts, 2 front and 2 back
-Tv antenna on top with tv mount (no TV included only cables)
-fridge freezer( stickers on sticker can be removed with a single pull I will need them)
-rocking bed, I am 6’2 and its comfy also I can stand in the van easy

-2 keys for Ofelia, also 3 keys for L4V locks
-6 touch lights on the ceiling and 4 push with 2x above kitchen and 2x above bed (see pictures)

-Very very minimal rust, under van is sprayed with rust free coating
– Ofelia was weighted 1 month ago with my belongings, 3.2T (honestly was full) withut should be 2.8-2.9 could be lower.
-has few dents on rare doors ran out of light.

Now… if you read till here… I am using the van as storage as you can see from the garage pictures, I live 10m from the van so I will need 15min to empty the van after sale but ready to drive away.
