Bought the van a couple of years ago, converted by a senior mechanic who can answer any questions. Love it to pieces but would like to buy a larger van to convert.
We purchased our Vauxhall Vivaro from a main dealer as a crew cab panel van. We then cut in two back windows, which were previously panelled to help with the vision. We fully insulated and sound proofed the van before covering the van with the grey interior trim. The ceiling and into the cab has been covered with alacantara and 4 spot lights, with a remote control for brightness have been installed along with a strip of blue LED lights. All the electrics were installed by my Senior Motor Technician husband, who can answer any questions you may have. We covered the floor with a laminate and then installed a Van Furniture U shaped kit, which was neutral wood, which we have hand painted light blue, but could easily be repainted to suit a buyers preference, by the buyer.
We also installed a brand new fridge, and an oak worktop. The exterior has been fitted out with a tow bar, a rear spoiler, a front splitter, d-cals and side running bars.
The van has a full service history and passed its last MOT in January 2025.

The Van Furniture LWB Bed Length is 1800mm. The bed converts from taking off the cushions and on the right hand side sofa unit where there is a slatted base which folds to create a double bed. The bed is a comfortable size and the cushions which are made by Van Furniture for this configuration are very comfortable.
