Conversion Description

Exterior:
-Professional respray with under seal
-Roof rack system with 230W solar panel
-BF Goodrich All terrain tyres
-4×4 wheel arches
-Wheeliams rear spare wheel carrier with brand new BF Goodrich all terrain tyre
-Large expedition exterior storage box with Sherpa from “Owl Vans”
-Cost me over £2000 to import from the USA as nothing like this is found in the UK! If you prefer not to have the van with the storage box, I can remove it saving you £1000
-We use it to store all our muddy hiking shoes and camping equipment so the van inside stays nice and clean
-Deadlocks on all doors
-25litre underslung gas tank with exterior filling point
-Fiamma F65 awning (one pole damaged but easily fixed, just haven’t had the time to be honest)
-Safari snorkel
-Mercedes window wind deflectors
-Tinted windows and lights
-Thule 12v electric step
-External silver screen
-Bonnet Hood
-Exterior LED light bar at the front and rear work spotlights

Interior:
230W solar panel
2 x 130AH AGM leisure batteries
-Split charge
-Victron Energy MPPT 75/15 solar charge controller with bluetooth dongle
-Victron Energy Phoenix pure sine wave 375W inverter with bluetooth dongle
(Use the Victron app on your smartphone to see your solar and battery status)
-240V electric hook up and 12v set up with:
-CBE PC210 control panel with 2.9″ colour LCD displayDS300 12V fused distribution box
-DS120S 230V AC mini consumer unit with double pole 13A circuit breaker and RCD
-230V AC junction box
-CB-516 16A 4-stage automatic battery charger
-water tank level indicator
-Internal and external temperature sensors
-Govee home interior multicoloured LED lights (choose what colour suits the mood and these can also be controlled by an app on your phone)
-Truma Combi 4E boiler
-Operates on either 230V electric mains voltage or on LPG so works perfectly off grid. It provides hot water, and heating whether on a camp site, or in the wild. You can even use both electric and gas energy sources in unison for rapid heating times
-Hot air vents throughout the van
-There is a hot air vent in the garage so you can hang up wet clothes and allow them to dry without hanging them up in the living space of the van
-125L water tank
-Maxxair fan (brings in fresh air and also allows you to reverse the flow of air for those hot days)
-Half fixed and half pull out bed (dimensions 186cm in length and 126cm width)
-Custom postureflex laygel mattress 20cm in depth (best mattress I have ever owned)
-The pullout section uses a second cushion mattress which really helps add valuable space to the van and allows space to store a bicycle inside the garage of the van
-Double passenger seat with swivel base so the seats can turn and face inside the van
-L shaped bench (more than enough space for 4 people to sit comfortably, or 6 people if 2 people sit on the bed too
-Solid wood worktop
-Thetford 12v compressor fridge with freezer compartment (the fridge is huge)
-Thetford double gas hob
-Thetford Porta Potti 365
-CBE gas detector
-Carbon monoxide detector
-Livello gas level indictor (currently not working but does not affect the functioning of the van, but can be replaced for £30-40)
-Exterior shower point (or use the shower attachment on the sink tap inside the van so you can have a shower inside. There is no fixed shower tray inside but I use a foldable shower tray when its too cold to shower outside)
Huge garage space with internal bicycle/skiis/snowboard storage (Or just use it as a giant wardrobe)
-Quadlock phone fixing points throughout van

Conversion to camper was completed using high quality materials
-Kingspan insulation (50mm walls and ceiling, 25mm flooring)
-Dibond aluminium composite sheet (3mm) was used to cover walls and line garage area which is lighter, as strong and more durable than ply lined vans
-Cabinets were built using 30×30 aluminium extrusion which are very light and secured to the van using rivnuts

This conversion is truly one of a kind and I haven’t seen one remotely like it
Everything you could possibly need to live off grid
We are not in a huge rush to sell this camper as we are very attached to it, but starting a family is on the horizon and we will not be able to give this camper the trips and holidays it deserves

Viewings very much welcome
We can deliver the camper almost anywhere in the UK if you are a serious buyer
Happy to answer any questions you may have
