Luton van, twin rear wheel part converted

Part converted Luton Van. 16 plate. Diesel. Ford 2.2 engine, twin rear axel, rear wheel drive. 102k miles ( low mileage for diesel) This is a genuine sale as I can’t complete the conversion due to health issues. Most of the hard work has been done. It is fully insulated and boarded and has been wallpapered with wood effect gorgeous paper to keep it lightweight. It has a fitted kitchen area. Run wiring trunking along walls ( all ready but needs trunking to where sockets will be)

Decor over bed area

This has had one previous owner other than me, mileage is 102k
It was serviced last year
I will put 12months MOT on before I sell it as it is due in next month

This is a genuine sale, ill health means I can’t complete the conversion and it’s just sitting there so sadly it needs selling. I can’t even climb into the van at the moment so it’s pointless for me. Not much left for someone to do.
