Here I have for sale my stunning newly converted 2015 (65 plate) Citroen Relay L3H2 campervan. Conversion completed by a qualified and experienced tradesman. With full off grid capabilities this camper is ready for years of wonderful adventures!

Windows – 2 opening tinted windows, one either side. These are covered on the inside by custom made curtains with tiebacks.
The roof has 2 dometic opening rooflights fitted that have built in flyscreens and blinds.

Insulation & cladding – The whole van is insulated, 50mm celotex in the walls and 25mm in the floor and ceiling. Where celotex couldn’t be fitted recycled plastic insulation was used.
The majority of the walls and ceiling are covered in 8mm pine tongue and groove boards. The walls have been knotted, primed and painted with 2 coats of satinwood white paint.

Flooring – The flooring is laid in marine ply and covered with altro non slip flooring.

Lounge & bed – The lounge is made up of custom made cushions using high quality 5″ foam. All cushions have been professionally upholstered using washable cotton upholstery fabric.
A fully rotatable and removable swivel table has been installed between the seats making for a quick transition between lounge and bed.

The main bed is made up from the rear cushions in the van. When made the bed size is 6ft x 4ft8. There is also room on the seat towards the front of the vehicle for a child or small adult to use as a bed. Underneath both beds there are large spaces for storage.

Kitchen – Top of the range Waeco CRX80 12v compressor fridge/freezer which is amazing for off grid use as the power consumption is next to nothing.

25L fresh and waste water tanks which are directly plumbed to the sink above. These can be removed through an external access panel to prevent spillages inside the van.

SIA gas hob with two rings (gas bottle not included)

Large sink with side drainer, made from a beautiful coloured stainless steel. The tap has a built in airater and is fed by a switch controlled 12v water pump.

To the side of the sink is a folding worktop panel with easy push release brackets, holding up to 60kg. This gives a large additional worktop space with the convenience of being able to fold it away when it’s not in use.

3 drawer kitchen unit aswell as a large high level storage unit with roller doors.

Shower – Fitted to the back of the van is a Camplux all in one hot shower unit. This is switch controlled and powered by a propane bottle and 23L water tank hidden in the under bed storage. The shower head holder is permanently fixed to the rear door, which has been clad in polycarbonate sheet to keep the door waterproof and easy to clean. A removable shower curtain and wooden shower tray are also included in the sale (gas bottle not included)

Toilet – Kampa portaflush toilet is hidden away underneath the side seating area. Built within secure framework to ensure stability and easy removal.

Electrics – Two leisure batterys (one 110amh, the other 100amh). These are maintained by a ring rscdc30 battery to battery charger, which also takes the 100w solar panel mounted on the roof.
12v TV with built in dvd player aswell as a Vision plus external antenna fitted to the roof. This allows you to watch a full selection of freeview channels on those rainy evenings spent in the van.
6 ceiling mounted LED lights that are remote dimmable.
12v switch panel with 2 usb ports and battery voltage display.

2KW diesel heater with control panel and 2 blower vents. This is plumbed directly into the vans main fuel tank and is very fuel efficient, you can run it for hours without a drop on the vans fuel gauge.

240v hookup fitted to the side of the van. This runs through an RCD breaker unit then feeds two double sockets mounted on the seat base.
240v battery charger to charge your leisure batteries when you’re hooked up.
