Meet Zoé, our lovely campervan. Built from scratch, Zoé is the result of so much love, attention to detail, and bespoke design. The outcome is a beautiful, spacious, and practical van for travel, adventures, and even to live in longer term.
Words can’t really express how comfortable and convenient she is to live and travel in – her dedicated wetroom with hot internal shower, the actually spacious bed with starry night sky views, her huge fridge/freezer + oven/grill for diverse and delicious cooking, and an internal height of 206 cm (yes, that’s 6 feet 9 inches!), are just some of our favourite features. We lived full time in Zoé for a year while we renovated our home, and would’ve happily continued for much longer. Zoé is also incredibly warm, as she was designed as a winter skiing van, with all walls and floors thickly insulated and a huge heater that warms her up in just 4 minutes. We go skiing and ice climbing in the Alps at -25˚C, then literally come back and sauna in Zoé – yes, the kit drying room/bathroom easily maxes out our thermometer at 50˚C! There are custom ski racks in the huge internal garage under the bed and plenty more space for whatever other sports you’re into – including a full size surf board shelf in addition to space for 2 bikes without any saddle/wheel adjustment! She’s therefore a great summer van too…
Zoé is 100% functional and has so much life left to give! It’s been a tough decision to sell her and it will be hard to see her go, but with our new life commitments we simply don’t use her as much as we used to, so now we simply hope she can proudly serve someone else on their awesome adventures.
