Vehicle Description
Mechanically and in bodywork- a beautiful van. Before we bought it in 2021, it was a St. Johns Ambulance so was serviced every 6 months. Since we’ve had it, we’ve serviced every year and it has never skipped a beat! We’ve always had work done on the van professionally before heading off on trips. For example, the clutch was replaced in 2022, preemptively before heading off around Italy for 3 months. The van has 5 gears, very minimal marks for the age and has never been in an accident.
The van has a big garage for bikes, climbing equipment and camping equipment etc.
MOT: 12 months.
Brake pads: replaced in March 2024
Clutch: Replaced in July 2023
Callipers: Replaced in July 2024
Two front tyres: Replaced in June 2024
High Roof: I’m 6’2 and can stand up in the van
Mechanically the van is in great condition.
Unlike other vans on here, the camper has a professional AC unit (for the cab and living area), this is from it’s days as an ambulance and has been a god send in the hot European summers.
The van has been constructed with sound deadening and insulation throughout.
Body work is in good condition.
The van has taken us on many trips and is designed for you to enjoy the outdoors whilst giving you the comfort of the stylish, modern homely feel.
The windows connect you perfectly with the landscape around you to add to the indoor/outdoor feel.
The kitchen area is spacious with a large sink, tap and plenty of worktop space. There is plenty of room for your kitchen needs in the kitchen cupboards as well as storing the grey water tank. The clean water is in the garage and is a huge 70L tank (enough for long stints off grid). The van also has a professional hob/ oven combo. I’ve even made fresh bread in the oven when we’ve been away on trips and I wouldn’t do a trip without one! The van comes with a small cooler but with place to add a larger fridge if you wish!
Utilising all the space possible there is a huge amount of storage for all of your clothing, games etc with huge overhead cupboards the full length of the van. The van also has two large chests under the seats for blankets and food storage. The seating area is perfect for relaxing with a long pull out table which stowes away when not in use.
The van also has a pop open roof top in addition to an extraction fan.
The camper van benefits from a double bed with a custom foam mattress, this cost a fortune and is not an off the shelf model. It is fit to size. I have a bad back due to a climbing injury and this mattress is AMAZING!
Accessible from the rear doors the under bed storage benefits from a large garage space, enough room for all your outdoor needs (I used this for climbing equipment, bike, padel board, as well as camping chair and table too).
The van is perfect for off grid camping as it has a solar panel but also benefits from a plug in point if you go away in the winter. This was installed by an electrician, as was the solar panel.
Electrics:
The electrics are all stored neatly in the garage area of the van
The van comes with split charge relay and solar panel which can be kept up to date with on the VictronConnect app which connects with Bluetooth and gives you your readings for the solar panel pull, battery capacity and what you are using 100% of the time. A very cool feature.
Split charge relay
Solar panel
12V led lights
12V Dometic fridge
Inverter installed
4x 3 pin plough points
Plenty of USB charging ports dotted around the van
Electric hook up point
Time for someone else to enjoy the joys of owning a beautiful camper van.
Current owners
We’ve fitted it with a new water pump so the external shower at the back and the tap are high pressured.
We’ve had this van for a year and loved every second of using it, had absolutely no problems with the engine, and it has been absolutely perfect camping with our puppy. Sad to see it go but we just bought a house and need the money for the renovation. Any questions don’t hesitate to ask.
Full size double bed, we spent a small fortune buying a custom mattress for this van as we knew we’d be spending a some time travelling around Europe. The mattress is a firm memory foam.
