Mary is a self-converted van, she started life as a panel van. She’s fitted with all the bells and whistles to make off-grid living that more comfortable. The van has a lot to offer anyone who loves enjoying the great outdoors, as she also has BFG tyres great for those who want to go a little off the beaten track. Mary has been our home for us and our dog. She’s a great van and we’ve never had any problems with her at all. She will provide you with 12V, USB & 240V plug sockets which run off the solar or can run off shore when plugged in.
Heating and Hot water (which can be run off gas whilst off Grid or electric when plugged into shore power).
Heating system designed so you can shut the vent in the living area, leave bathroom vent open, shut bathroom door and the bathroom will act as a drying room.
Truma control panel (for heating and hot water) can be controlled from the bed. Full Gas oven , grill and two burner top. Storage in every nook and cranny and a Great full bathroom with toilet, shower and washing line. She has LED spotlights throughout, strip lights under the cupboards (for low lighting) , separate bathroom light and separate bed lighting area as well as reading lights. We also have a rear mounted shower kit, great for spraying yourself down after a trip to the beach, using as an external shower when it’s hot or as we use it as our dog wash.
