NOW SOLD Mazda bongo 2.5 V6 petrol JAL conversion

Mazda bongo campervan 2.5 V6 auto petrol imported from Japan and professionally converted by JAL japanese importers. The vehicle does have BIMTA certification – essential for the correct categorisation with the D.V.L.A and with insurance companies.

Purchased direct from JAL in May 2015.
M.O.T. 12 months.

The current M.O.T. had advisories both of which have been attended to by my garage.

The vehicle is due for a service in August but if sold before I will ensure it receives the service prior to sale.
Serviced at regular intervals and has had a recent full cambelt kit change (including water pump), a full exhaust including the catalytic converter and a recent oil seal kit.
4 recent Vancontact ultra tyres which sit on alloy wheels from a Hyundai tucson which I chose because they are easy to keep clean.
There is a towbar fitted to the van.
It also has the “New dawn” patented front seat swivel mechanism fitted to the passenger seat.
The van does have a leisure battery system fitted.
The vehicle is fitted with a “low coolant” warning alarm.
The exterior is in good condition but has cosmetic blemishes (scratch to the rear nearside bumper, lacquer peel to the roof area just above the windscreen and also on the bonnet near the washer nozzles and rust blistering on the front offside wing). Some blistering has just appeared on the rear offside wheel arch, which I only noticed when I washed it.
I have tried to show these in the attached photo’s. I haven’t attempted to address the wing rust because if the van doesn’t sell I will replace the wing sometime in the future.

The vehicle has never been involved in an accident and has no outstanding finance on it.

I have set a price with the cosmetic issues accounted for and to include our drive away awning, hook up cable and external thermal windscreen blinds.
Inside, the van is in good order.
Two burner hob (which runs off a 907 campingaz), sink with electric pump tap, small underseat drawer fridge, and a 47″ pull down “rock and roll” bed (newly upholstered). The rear bench does have seat belts.
The pop up “mushroom” roof (recently re painted in black) allows additional sleeping.
The front passenger seat swivels to face the rear if required – (a “New dawn” patented conversion).
There is a table which can be put up, manual blinds for all side windows, curtains to the rear and a thermal windscreen blind for the front. There is a fire extinguisher also fitted.
Everything works as it should in the van. The aircon works but bear in mind the rear aircon has necessarily been disconnected in the process of converting the van into a camper.

PLEASE NOTE:
The mileage shown on the odometer is NOT correct. The actual mileage is greater. This is because the original speedometer unit had to be replaced because the speedometer was reading incorrectly. (I have saved a photo of the speedo readings at point of changeover).

The actual mileage is 109,690 miles (176,529 km) and will slowly increase as we are still using the van.
Included in the sale price is a “Zempire roadie 4 pro” airbeam awning, a hook up cable and the front windscreen thermal wraparound external blind.
The vehicle has an immobiliser and there are two keys.
