Hello ! Meet Betty! Shes a vw T5.1 (T28 transporter) shes got alot of service history and receipts! She was treated to a new turbo and suspension less than a year ago! Shes done 178k but theres still life in her ! She has a yearly major service and all reciepts are present! (Includes belt and water pump).
As expected with a 14 year old van she does have age related marks as seen in photos and a patch repair on the canvas. All now fully water proofed
Betty has gotten us to scotland and cornwall and everywhere inbetween! Gutted to see her go but 2 humans and 2 dogs we need something a little bigger to continue our adventures! She is recognised on the logbook as a campervan which is a rarity these days! She has been looked after and had a make over which includes a diesel heater and fridge and a new improved poptop! All receipts present!
Bettys specs are as follows
– autoterm diesel heater
– van lidz poptop with upgraded canvas and reinforced back struts
– plantar water pump for better water pressure
– hook up socket
– underslung 60l freshwater tank (just cleaned)
– compressor fridge
– plenty of storage
– double hob
– sink
– gas locker
– external waste water pipe
– new swivel base for passenger chairs meaning you can spin them around without the faff! (Certifed crash tested certificate present)
– drive away awning included worth £800 there is a fixed awning rail on the van
– solar panels
– private number plate will be included
She had a new battery less than a year ago and the leisure battery is just over a year old .
