The conversion is capable of being fully off-grid for extended periods, and can also plug in to mains hook-up (PowerMaster Fly Lead Converter 13A plug to 16A socket, and 20m hook up 16A extension lead included). Fitted with a Votronic back to back battery charger, 225w of solar power leading to 2no 100ah leisure batteries, 1000w inverter and Epever control panel. Kingspan insulation and sound deadening panels were fitted at the time of conversion in 2020. The body work of the van is in great condition, as is the cab area.

Suitable for year-round use, with a 5000w heater with an underslung 20 litre LPG tank. The roof has a Fiamma40 12v roof fan for ventilation. Lighting is provided by 6 x 12v spotlights, and 2 x 12v adjustable reading lights. Power outlets include a 12v socket, 2 USB points and a 240v socket in the living area, and 2 x 240v sockets in the kitchen.

The kitchen area is fitted with a 2 burner gas hob, a SMED 12v fridge, Whale 12v cold water pump, 10 litre fresh water container and 10 litre grey water container, conveniently located under the sink. The kitchen worktop is 28mm of solid oak with under counter mounted stainless steel sink. There are 3 wall mounted cupboards, 2 base units and a drawer for kitchen storage. A magnetic wall mounted spice rack adds a stylish and practical solution for those who enjoy cooking.

The living area includes two comfortable diner style twin benches with base and back 4-inch foam cushion pads professionally upholstered in grey chenille fabric. A removable table on a Lagun swivel mount provides flexibility with 360 degree rotation. The bench seats slide out to form a super comfortable large double bed. 6 storage cupboards provide plenty of storage above the diner/bed area, with further under seat storage providing ample space for bedding and larger items. All are lined with grey van lining carpet. Custom magnetic blackout blinds provide good thermal insulation, with grey fabric interior and black facing outwards for additional security.

A set of 12v fairy lights fitted around the perimeter or the interior provides a cosy ambient light, perfect for the evenings and when watching the home cinema from the comfort of the bench seats or tucked up in bed. The home cinema comprises a Yaufey Mini 3D Projector, 4000 Lumens Android Video Projector WiFi compatible with Smartphone Support HD 1080P HDMI / USB / Bluetooth, with a ceiling mount and a Duronic 50″ 4:3 Home Projector Matte White Screen.

At the sliding door side entrance a grab bar provides additional leverage on entry and exit, whist a vintage cast iron deer antler hook set provides a stylish and practical solution for hanging coats and items for drying. An over-cab cupboard provides storage for large items such as the Fiamma Level Up levellers and window blinds included. A well-concealed Thetford 145 PortaPotti is included.

An adjustable height folding table in black aluminium and 2 Bo-camp Copa Rio Classic deck chairs provide a comfortable outside seating area.

A carbon monoxide alarm and fire extinguisher are fitted for safety.

In the cab, the driver and double bench seats are fitted with eco leather covers, and there is ample storage in multiple locations. A Stoplock HG 134-59 provides additional security when fitted to the steering wheel. A car multi media system has been fitted including sat nav. Rear camera is provided with a TOGUARD dual 1080P 10″ Mirror Dash Cam and Rear IPS Full Touch Screen Video Streaming Rear View Backup Camera. Parking sensors are included, but have not been fitted.
