Reversing camera

Always been maintained, I’ve serviced it 3 times since I bought it, replaced all calliper’s, discs and pads.

A solid base for a camper setup, with good looks and plenty of power. Ideal for someone looking for a van that’s ready to use and easy to personalise further if desired.

Conversion Description

Scandi style homely build. I’ve really tried to maximise space but still have the features of a longer van, this includes a shower and a pull out toilet (have to be comftabel having a tinkle in front of your partner)

Let’s start from the beginning, I’ll list as the build went:-

Windows – 2 large and 2 small windows fitted. The one in the door slides open, as do the 2 small windows next to the bed

Roof vent – Maxxfan deluxe inc the official shade, expensive pieces of kit but best on the market, remote control, auto rain detection

Sound deadening and insulation – loads of sound deadening, and high quality kingspan insulation 100mm bottom half, 50mm for the top half and ceiling. 25mm on the floor.

Units – custom made to be efficient as possible, there’s 4 over head bins, and 3 floor units, all of the doors are from Ikea so you get that factory feel and quality, they stay closed using concealed magnets.
The corner unit hides the water heater and diesel heater, harder to get to for maintenance but takes no space away from the van.
The “Toilet” unit houses the pull out toilet and a nice deep shelf for toiletries, above this is a soft close draw.
Lastly the sink unit also houses the fridge, and underslung sink.
The units are topped with a solid oak work top, including an extension leaf of the side door is open. This oak them carry’s through the van with shelves and details made out of it.

Bed – the bed slides down the length of the van giving you full length and now crunching up, it is stowed with the duvet on it and is a 30 second job to deploy or keep.

Seating – 2 seats with a solid oak pull out table, both seats have storage under them, one has a shower tray as a base and shower curtain that hooks to the ceiling, this allows you to have a nice warm shower when the head is attached to the kitchen tap.
The other seat holds the gas locker and storage.

Gas – as above the gas locker is in the offside seat, it is a refillable gas bottle with a connection on the outside of the van, this allows you to fill up gas and any LPG fuel station and the fraction of the price of replaceable bottles. The gas then goes into a 2 way manifold via copper piping. Here it tees off to the hob and the water heater. Gas locker goes have a drop vent in it for safety.

Electrics –
220Ah leisure battery
Solar panels x 2 – 520w in total through a Epever MPPT 30a controller.
Victron Orion Dc-Dc Bluetooth charger for charge when driving
Victron 500a shunt for Bluetooth power monitoring
3000w pure sine wave inverter that supplies 230v to the pop up plug socket
230v hook up (interlocked so either inverter or hook up can be selected)
Usual isolators and fuse boards.
Ceiling lights, under cupboard LED lights, garage lights.

Water system – water from an under slung 70ltr tank, it runs from a high pressure on demand pump, in line I have fitted a small expansion tank to stop surging.
Hot water is delivered by a Truma Ultra store heater, this runs from either gas, 230v electric or both if speed is what you need.

Toilet – little chemical toilet that’s stowed on a pull out runner, easy to get in and out, never had a number 2 in it

Diesels heater – Bluetooth controlled diesel heater that’s tapped into the vans main fuel system, very easy to use display panel or via your phone, heats the van so quickly..

Fridge – Dometic compressor fridge, not the biggest but it holds plenty of beers and sausages. Model – Dometic CDF 36

Garage -large garage with lights, huge pull out draw for gear. This was to elevate the floor of the garage so
The little ones can sleep in there (we always carry a rolled up matteress)

WiFi – hardwired 4g modem that has a window mounted antenna, you’ll need your own SIM card but the modem will come with the van

Awning – Fiamma F45s mounted to a awning rail, brilliant awning and I’ve put LEDs in if to light up
The area below.

There’s probably loads I’ve missed, please ask for any more details

Beds Description

Queen bed, it slides out down the length of the van to 1.8m. I’ve put 3 berths as I’ve always had my daughter sleep under the main bed (effectively in the garage) it has its own light and matteress

Main Bed Length
180cm
