This Mercedes Sprinter has been professionally converted to the highest standard using premium materials and top-of-the-range parts and components. All the finishing details have been hand-crafted from sustainable natural hardwood, primarily oak, walnut, and iroko, creating a stunning blend of warmth and texture. The walls are finished with a micro-cement effect textured paint, beautifully complementing the wood tones.
Thanks to its clever and unique design, this van offers all the features you’d expect in a long or XL wheelbase layout—yet it’s built on a compact medium wheelbase, making driving and parking an absolute dream.
Layout & Design
The layout has been carefully designed to allow freedom of movement without feeling cramped or cluttered. The curved seating and worktop not only add elegance but also help avoid that typical boxy van feel. A hidden push-to-open dining table is discreetly tucked away, ready to use whenever needed—no need for setup or trying to find space to store it afterwards.
Flooring & Insulation
The original van floor was in excellent condition, but it was primed and coated with a durable, rust-proof protective paint to ensure long-lasting performance. The subfloor is constructed from 15mm birch ply, laid over 25mm Kingspan insulation and sound-deadening lining (including over the wheel arches) to minimise road noise.
The walls and ceiling have also been fully sound-deadened and insulated. Larger voids are filled with 50mm Kingspan, with a mix of 25mm Kingspan, 10mm vapour barrier insulation, and Dacron wadding used throughout all the tighter cavities. This van is extremely well-insulated, keeping it cool on hot days and wonderfully warm when it’s chilly outside.
Sleeping Area
This super cozy sleeping nook is what dreams are made of. Featuring beautiful kerfed oak side pods and a dimmable reading spotlight, it’s a peaceful, restful retreat. You’ll also find two bedside door pockets—perfect for books, phones, or tablets.
The bed frame is made from CNC-cut birch ply for strength and durability. It’s a slide-out design, offering maximum living space during the day. With the added length from the side pods, the bed extends to a spacious 190cm in length.
Over the bed is large Dometic Midi Heki window skylight which is fitted with a thermal sliding blind and fly screen so you can sleep under the stars!
Kitchen Space
The kitchen has been custom-built for both style and practicality. All cabinets are made from birch ply, professionally spray-painted for a durable, wipe-clean finish. Each drawer is fitted with soft-close undermount runners (rated up to 40kg) and finished with RV Labs patented self-locking handles.
The compact marble-effect laminate worktops are not only elegant but highly heat-resistant and durable, perfect for van life.

Outdoor Bullfinch shower point, great for washing off gear or giving pets a rinse.
The water system includes a 90L underslung fresh water tank and a 60L grey waste tank, with hot water provided by the Truma Combi boiler system.
Storage
Thoughtful storage solutions have been built throughout, making the most of the medium wheelbase layout. The rear garage space includes:

Bed has been made from CNC birch ply and has a brand new Luxury 5” memory foam bespoke mattress made by Customsizebeds who proved a 5 year warranty.
The bed packed can be used as a large single width at 105cm wide or can be slid out for a large double using 2 infill mattress pieces to make it 141cm wide.
The mattress comes fitted with bespoke protective covers which can be unzipped and machine wash if required
