This is a brand new vehicle and conversion.The MWB (5.4metre long ) Citroen Relay L2H2 makes an ideal, easily driven and manouverable camper, much easier to park and drive than the 6 metre versions, a perfect daily driver! I have over 50 years experience of cabinetmaking, engineering and electrical. Having designed and self built two high end homes from scratch the same principles apply to a tiny home on wheels! This brand new conversion uses the highest quality materials and components giving a long and durable life, and great attention to detail has been carried out. The design brief was to fit a wetroom shower/toilet, oven, hob, fridge, dinette seating, big double bed and big sink in an all season frost protected van with efficient heating and solar/lithum off grid capability. CONSTRUCTION.
Fully insulated with closed cell foam, PIR board, recycled plastic insulation, reflectives vapour barrier and dodo sound mats.
Lightweight ply and torsion box type construction to give a solid secure long lasting conversion.
I can guarantee the construction is far stronger and more durable than most factory made conversions.
All cabinet fronts edged with English ash. All cabinet doors made from English ash with ripple ash veneer panels, all woodwork finished with osmo hardwax oil for a very durable finish.
All paintwork finished with National trust intelligent eggshell finish for easy clean and touch up.
Ceiling boards and worktops in English ash, also handmade custom ash door handles.
High quality furniture fabric seat covers, removeable for cleaning,

PREVIOUS CONVERSION FEEDBACK;
We bought a Citroen Relay van conversion from Will in 2023. This was a new van that was converted by Will, a gentleman with skills and qualifications in both electrical engineering and cabinet making (very relevant abilities in van conversion).
