Conversion Description

The conversion is ideal for a couple and provides 2 belted travel seats and a fixed double bed. It has the following features:

Fully insulated roof, floor, sides and rear compartment doors.
15mm lightweight ply for cabinetry.
Fixed full size double bed in the rear with 5” dual layer foam mattress and large storage area beneath, accessible from the back doors. Cupboards above the bed both sides.
Matching driver and passenger seats that swivel to provide the leisure seating. The swivel point is off-centred so the seats move inward and away from the door pillars when reversed.
Detachable “Lagun” style dining tables for each seat that can be adjusted for rotation and height. The table tops store in the overhead cab area when not required.
Shower room with Thetford Cassete, flip down basin, shower attachment and stainless steel mirror door cabinet. Access is via a sliding tambour shower door. It has an opening external window with blind and flyscreen. The cassette is accessed internally.
Full height storage unit with fitted Dometic motorhome microwave. Top cupboard, middle cupboard suitable as low height wardrobe and bottom drawer. It also incorporates a pull out drawer on the side with tea, coffee, sugar containers. The mains electrical circuit breakers are in the wardrobe.
Kitchen base unit with separate sink and 2 burner gas hob incorporating a 50L compressor fridge and bank of drawers, including a cutlery drawer. There are 2 cupboards above, one housing the habitation electrical controls.
Remis blinds on the cab side windows and windscreen for night time privacy.
A large top hung opening window with blind and flyscreen on the sliding door.
An identical window opposite on the driver side with a single side facing seat below (not a travel seat).
Leisure battery and 1.6kw mains inverter located beneath the side facing seat together with a holder for vertical wine bottles.
Smart TV mounted on an adjustable arm above the seat.
Underslung 90L fresh water tank
Underslung 60L waste water tank.
MaxAir roof fan above main living area.
Heki roof light above sleeping area.

Heating and water:
Blown air heating and hot water is provided by a Truma combi unit running on bottled gas, or hook-up mains electricity or a combination of both.
Two separate gas lockers in the under bed storage area each holding a 4.7kg butane bottle. One is for the Truma combi unit, the other for the hob.
12v SureFlow pump providing hot and cold water to the flip down basin, shower mixer and kitchen sink taps. It’s a pressure sensed system rather than electrically switched.
External fresh water tank filler on the driver side rear,

12 volt systems.
280 amp hour LiFePo battery providing 12 volt power. It receives charge from a 400 watt solar panel on the roof, a 30 amp battery-to-battery alternator charger when the engine runs and a 30 amp mains charger when connected to electrical hook up. No selection required, the chargers sort themselves out.
A device is fitted that maintains the vehicle battery by taking power from the leisure battery when appropriate.
Fused switching for the fridge, lighting + fan, combi unit, pump and TV + WiFi + USB sockets is located in a locker above the hob.
Battery monitor display in the cupboard above the hob showing the leisure battery state of charge together with ongoing charge or discharge current. The battery monitor itself is located with the leisure battery and includes low voltage protection.
A cupboard next to the TV holds an amplifier for the roof mounted aerial and a stabilised 12 volt power supply connected to a 4G Wi-Fi hotspot providing internet access (when a suitable SIM card is installed).
Ample lighting is provided by led lights in the main ceiling and shower room, led reading lights above the swivel seats and bed, and a led light above the kitchen unit.
External led strip light above the sliding door.

Mains voltage systems:
External mains hook up connector located near the rear of the van on the passenger side providing power to a 3 way RCD protected consumer unit with separate circuits for battery charger, Truma combi unit and mains sockets.
Mains sockets can be connected to either hook-up power or inverter power with selection controlled by a 3 way centre off switch. When inverter power is required the inverter must be turned on via a switch mounted below the fixed seat. Inverter output is protected by an RCD breaker mounted below the seat base. Note the Truma combi cannot be connected to the inverter output.

USB:
USB charging sockets are in incorporated in the reading lights and mains socket outlets.

Other systems:
A Fiamma wind out awning mounted on the passenger side.
A Thule retractable step for sliding door access. It is controlled manually by a switch on the door pillar and also retracts automatically when the engine is started.
A camera is incorporated into the high level brake light. A display in the place of a rear view mirror provides a rear view of the road when driving and a parking view when reverse gear is selected
A Wolfbox front and rear dashcam is fitted.
