The van is incredibly clean for its age and has been looked after very well, the person who owned it previously was a vehicle valeter so this explains how clean it is.
The mileage on this van is 141637 with full service history and extensive paperwork.

An after market head unit has been installed which has internet access, sat nav, phone connectivity etc, but I believe you’ll need to purchase a sim card for it.

As you can see we’ve gone for a rustic look but with modern white Moreland panelling instead of heavy wood cladded walls. We think this works well with the walnut worktop, floor and ceiling.
The bed is a top opening/slide out cantilever bed which is bolted through the base of the vehicle, it pulls out very easily as is on load baring runners, lifting the bed is also easy as its assisted by hydraulic lifters, both can be operated using two fingers.
Measurements of the bed are: 6ft in length x 3ft, 7 inches.
100mm sponge has been used with fire retardant covers using this lovely lime green material (more colours available at extra cost)
The whole van has been insulated using sheep wool insulation, capped in 6mm ply then walnut acoustic panels installed on the ceiling, white wall boards and 10mm walnut Laminated flooring
The kitchen doors are white high gloss slab doors.
We’ve installed a 50L 12v compressor fridge, these fridges are very good and get nice and cold unlike the 12V Smad ones.
We’ve installed a sink and hob combination unit with micro switch tap.
For power, there will be a 100w semi-flexible solar panel, solar Controller, 100ah Lithium LifPo4 leisure battery with a battery charger for when on 240v hook up, 1500w Pure sinewave inverter operated by a change over switch, split charge relay charging system for when driving, hook up and various 12v charging ports.
