Living Space: 4 Belted seats (2 swivel front seats, 2 fixed rear), currently 3 berth with the option to expand to 4 or reduce down to 2. It comes with a Fiamma F80s awning, Nilight 37inch 780w light bar, reverse camera with separate display, motorhome WiFi (4G sim) with a puck style roof antenna, 2 x Maxxair fans (1 front, 1 back), Dellonada 60l compressor chest fridge freezer, Thetford triplex 3 burner stove and oven combo, metal gas cabinet with drop out vents, 105l fresh water tank with an inline carbon filter, 35l grey waste tank, plenty of storage compartments. 5kw diesel heater installed with the vent in the kitchen area. Fitted with black out curtains and blinds: Curtains at the front, magnetic blinds for the side windows and drop down curtain for the bedroom window. The bunk bed has a black out curtain too.
Electrics: 100ah LiFePO4 Roamer battery connected to a Victron Energy battery shunt for monitoring and Victron Energy Lynx distributor. It has 300w of solar with a Victron energy mppt, Victron Orion DC-DC charger, Victron Multiplus 1200 inverter/charger. Through out the van there is numerous double sockets & USB sockets, 2 zones of LED lights (Living, Bedroom and lighting in the garage area.
Building Material: The van has been sound deadened using Dodo mat DEADN, it has then been fully insulated. The floor has been battened and Celotex in between, the wall cavity has been insulated using recycled plastic insulation with the large wall panel areas having a sheet of Celotex. Over the top of this we then applied Dodo Thermo Liner before finishing the walls with 8mm tongue and groove boards. The van holds heat well during the winter months and remains cool in hotter climates.
Exterior: Good condition with minor wear and tear marks, there is some ghost lettering on the bonnet and side from the previous owner, MOT until Mar 2025, serviced May 2024. It has new set of 4 injectors, new turbo and DPF.
It has a standard size double bed length ways with a child bunk style above, this can be extended with an extra bar to make the van a 4 berth or can be taken away completely to transform it into 2 berth.
