THE BUILD

This is a brand new and beautiful one-of-a-kind conversion executed with huge attention to detail. Utilising a mixture of lightweight poplar plywood, espresso oak, furniture wood, high-quality wall panels, and MDF, we managed to build a sharp, high-end finish whilst keeping weight to a minimum.

This is a van that is more than capable of sustaining you off-grid with its 480W PV, 300AH battery bank solar rig, and tanks.

The cabinets are made with lightweight poplar wood. The seats have a solid wooden base frame finished with sturdy furniture wood for extra durability. All cabinet draws have superior soft-close hinges and a closing mechanism that prevents them from opening during transit. Other cabinet doors have strong magnets to keep them closed. Top cabinets also have gas strut lift support which assists in opening and closing the doors, it also holds the doors open when in use.

The kitchen includes the following: eye-level wall cabinets with shelving; solid espresso oak worktop; gas hob; sink with an integrated tap; 5 large and 1 small draw; under hob & sink storage; integrated fridge; 50-liter electric boiler; 3 x 240v plug sockets; 1 x 12v socket for the fridge and 2 under-cabinet LED strips.

The seating area includes a bespoke, upholstered memory foam mattress and an adjustable lagun table which sits in between the seats and converts into a bed. There is 1 x 240v plug socket with a double 12v USB socket under the seats. The seats open up from the top on both sides, one side contains all the electric devices, batteries, and inverter/charger, and AC distribution, the other side contains the LPG heater and the electric boiler, and the water pump.

There is also a comprehensive control panel in one of the top cupboards which allows you to monitor and control everything from the living area, such as:
• Turning the gas cylinder on and off
• Turning the water pump on and off
• Turning the inverter on and off
• Monitor for solar controller
• Heater controller
• Checking the gas level
• Checking freshwater level
• Checking wastewater level
• Checking the battery level

At the back, via the back entrance, there are 2 storage cupboards, one of them contains a 240v fuse box, a 12v fuse box, a battery level indicator, and an all-in-one MPPT solar charge controller.

All of the side windows are tinted for privacy and are framed with lightweight poplar.

The toilet/shower room is a wet room with drainage straight through the floor, both shower and sink drainage go into a waste tank underneath the van.

The room is ventilated through Maxxair MaxxFan Deluxe with Remote Control. Can bring air in or take the air out. Protects the interior in all weathers.

The floor has a layer of insulation, plywood, and waterproof floor laminate with a realistic wood design.
